Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 12hrs in advance. Please arrive 10-15 before your appointment. Clients who are more than 20 minutes late will forfeit their appointment, and it will be marked as a cancellation. Booking deposit is non-refundable. This ensures fairnessto all our clients and helps us maintain the quality of our service.
