Refund & Cancellation Policy

Blissful Wellness Emporium (“we”, “our”, “us”) aims to provide high-quality skincare products and professional dental & wellness services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase or booking an appointment.

1. Product Purchases

  • Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

  • Non-returnable Products: Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect products.

2. Appointments & Deposits

  • Non-refundable Deposits: Certain appointments may require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable, unless the appointment is cancelled by us.

  • Cancellations:

    • Appointments cancelled with [24/48 hours] notice: deposit may be applied to rescheduled appointments at our discretion.

    • Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice: deposit is forfeited.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if notice is given in advance (see above).

3. Special Cases

  • Refunds or exchanges may be considered outside of these terms at our discretion (e.g., unavoidable delivery issues or exceptional circumstances).

  • Any refund requests must include proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or confirmation email).
