Refund & Cancellation Policy

Blissful Wellness Emporium (“we”, “our”, “us”) aims to provide high-quality skincare products and professional dental & wellness services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase or booking an appointment.
1. Product Purchases

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Non-returnable Products: Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Processing:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect products.
2. Appointments & Deposits

Non-refundable Deposits: Certain appointments may require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable, unless the appointment is cancelled by us.

Cancellations:

Appointments cancelled with [24/48 hours] notice: deposit may be applied to rescheduled appointments at our discretion.

Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice: deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if notice is given in advance (see above).
3. Special Cases

Refunds or exchanges may be considered outside of these terms at our discretion (e.g., unavoidable delivery issues or exceptional circumstances).

Any refund requests must include proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or confirmation email).
