Shipping Policy

At Blissful Wellness Emporium, we’re committed to making sure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Whether you choose delivery or collection, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

1. Delivery Areas

 

We currently deliver across South Africa, both locally and nationwide.

2. Delivery Timeframes

​

  • In-stock items: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days (depending on your location).

  • Out-of-stock / supplier orders: Some products may need to be sourced from our supplier. In these cases, please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive the stock before we dispatch your order.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Fees​

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free nationwide delivery applies to all orders of R3,000 or more.

5. Collection / Pick-Up

  • You’re welcome to collect your order directly from our store: 93 Jan Smuts Ave, Greenfields, East London, 5201, South Africa

  • Collections are available Monday–Thursday, 9am–5pm and Friday, 9am–3:30pm. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

6. Delays & Exceptions


We always aim to meet the stated delivery timeframes. However, delays can occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, supplier backlogs, or circumstances beyond our control. Should this happen, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated until your order reaches you.

7. Order Updates


You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order has been dispatched (or is ready for collection). Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

8. Risk of Loss / Ownership


Ownership of products passes to you once full payment has been received and the order has been delivered to the address provided (or collected in-store). Blissful Wellness Emporium is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the products once delivery has been confirmed by the courier or collection has been completed.
